PIDA - For land and building projects. Up to 40% of eligible project costs, at rates from 2-5%, for up to 15 years. PCLF - For small businesses (fewer than 100 employees.) Up to $200,000 at 5% for up to 10 years. Finances land, buildings, machinery and equipment. PEDFA Tax Exempt Bonds - From $400,000 up to $10 million at rates below prime for up to 30 years. Finances land, buildings, machinery and equipment. Manufacturers only. PEDFA Taxable Bonds - For all businesses. Up to $10 million at rates below prime for up to 30 years. Finances land, buildings, machinery and equipment, AND Working capital. |
