America’s sweeping new health care law, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, will have an unprecedented impact on our nation’s health care system and the way that services are delivered, received and paid for. The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce hosted a panel of health care experts who discussed the new law’s possible impact on patient care, access to care, insurance rates for employers and employees, the structure and type of future health insurance policies and benefit packages and the impact on hospitals and other health care providers.
